Carnivore diet, good sleep, daily lap swimming and no meds.
Glucose A1C lipids, magnesium D3 K2, baby aspirin.
Intermittent fasting: 2 meals/day, 16-18 hrs full carnivore animal protein.
Long-term adherence to therapeutic ketosis; while not currently measuring ketones, can intuitively gauge ketone levels.
Sleep 8 hours (5pm-2am), extreme lark swim 5 am, work 7-1, blue light readers, and gardening every day.
Swimming laps and water running.
Sober 45 years, no carbs, low fiber, and no smoking for 54 years.
Buddhist practice, divorce, living with son and granddaughter, online private practice, digital painting, a lot of solitude, and a lot of self educating.
Yearly blood labs and periodic blood pressure.
