"Looking back, life before keto felt like I was constantly scrambling, trying to catch up with myself. After keto — and after embracing the THINK+SMART approach — my days are calmer, more organized, and way more productive. It’s not just that I manage my ADHD better now — I actually feel better in my own skin, with the energy, clarity, and inner peace to finally show up fully for my life."
Hyperactivity, agitation, focus & concentration.
Keto diet, fasting & movement.
No medications. My GP is my primary care provider.
Annual routine bloodwork: magnesium, zinc, vitamin D, iron, lithium orotate, carnitine, creatine, and B complex.
Primarily Meat Based - 70-75% fat. Extended fasts (24-48 hours) monthly.
Currently use Keto-Mojo. I aim for ketone levels over 1.0 and test as needed.
I have a consistent sleep/wake time. Blue light blockers in the evening. Sunlight or RED light panel in the morning.
Daily walks. Strength or Resistance Training weekly. Outdoor activities such as snowboarding, wakeboarding, and hiking.
I reduced my alcohol consumption. I will drink a glass of wine every few months but can easily refrain from the same.
Found a community which engages in the metabolic health lifestyle. Began to meditate and journal.
