Therapeutic
I spoke with a nutritionist when problems arose (electrolyte imbalances). I listened to several podcasts, surveyed reddit and other community knowledge forums. I tried to partner with my neurologist who specializes in epilepsy, but he said that he didn't have the training or the knowledge to "oversee my diet professionally." I ended up tapering off of my medications by myself, and as a result, my neurologist revoked my driver's license.
Integration
I took a blood lipid test before starting keto, and I've tested it again intermittently every 6 months or so. My LDL, triglycerides and overall Cholesterol increased drastically within the first few months. As of late, however, my LDL, triglycerides and overall cholesterol has been at an all time low. I take vitamin D, 10 g of creatine, fish oil, magnesium L-Threonate, Magnesium Biglycinate, and 1000 mg of salt most mornings.
Nutritional
I eat a modified ketogenic diet. Under 40 grams of carbs per day. I'm very active so I still maintain ketone levels at or above 1 mmol/L with slightly higher carb intake. I like using exercise and fasting as a tool to allow for higher carb meals.
Ketosis
I use a keto mojo to track my ketones. In the first three months, my ketones were quite high, like 2.5 mmol/L. Recently, my ketones have been hovering around 0.8-1.5 mmol/L. I usually eat from 8am until 4pm, then I give it a rest.
