Daily time restricted eating, weekly 48h fasting & 4:1 ketogenic diet.
Made family doctor aware about my eating pattern and that I am managing without medication.
Meat and dairy, one meal a day at 5pm, 3:1 - 4:1 keto, fasting one day a week.
Ketone target of >1.5 before a meal (24 hour), >3 with fasting (48 hour).
10000 lumen happy light for 30-60 min in the morning. Infrared sauna blanket from 7:30-8:30. Sleep by 9:30.
Daily yoga and body weight exercises.
Overeating, sugar, and carbs.
Connecting with the keto community, virtually and in person meetings.
CGM 5 month continuous use, Keto-Mojo a few times a week, body composition scale, smart watch sleep and exercise tracker, hormone cycle tracking, and mood and appetite tracking.
