Before I found metabolic therapies, I saw 11 clinicians: A movement disorder specialist (MD), neurologist, sleep disorder specialist, infectious disease specialist, pulmonologist, urologist, GP, stroke MD, physical therapist, occupational therapist, and a speech therapist. I used to have a team of specialists, now I have none! In my past, I was also prescribed 13+ medications that all had to be constantly monitored and tracked on an app. Today, I am thriving on zero medications and only track my metabolic health.
Integration
My extensive labs began at age 59 and continued every 3 months until 3 years ago. Only supplement was magnesium L-threonate and melatonin.
