I did it all on my own. I tried counselling and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, but I wasn't on medication.
Integration
Lipid panels, A1C, ALT, and I was being monitored with ultrasounds because of my fatty liver. I repeated A1C every 3 months in 2023, because I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes in Dec 2022, and it showed my diabetes was reversed by March 2023. Abdominal ultrasound earlier in 2023 showed didn't mention the sign of fatty liver (reversed). I incorporate intermittent and extended fasting. I do daily 16hr fasts, and occasionally do meal-less Mondays (42hr fast). Every 3 months, I do 72hr reset fasts.
Nutritional
I tried to stick to animal proteins, natural fats including saturated fats and minimally processed oils such as olive or avocado oils (no seed oils), and cooked/fermented vegetables (no root or starchy vegetables). I don't consume grains or sugary fruits. I take Omega 3, Magnesium Bisglycinate, and Vitamin D3+K2.
Ketosis
I did whole-food keto, but I didn't count my macros.
