No care team, did keto diet myself (Netherlands), and no medications.
Integration
The last 8 years we went every two years to a health check, so I have records of that. Since I went carnivore, my LDL is 'through the roof': 340 mg/dl. All other markers improved. I use electrolytes as a supplement (potassium, magnesium) and vitamin D3 + K2.
Nutritional
In the beginning of keto (2019) I fasted a lot: 3 days per week and the rest of the week one meal a day (OMAD). Later on I ate every day OMAD. Then carnivore (2023): still OMAD, and in the second year of carnivore I had so much stress, I ate whenever I felt like it (we moved to another house) and gained a lot of weight (20 lbs). Now, I am again more strict and eat two meals a day.
Ketosis
I started with breath and now use a Keto-Mojo blood test.
