In 2013 I had a nurse who taught me everything keto. In 2020 I used Facebook keto support groups for my ketogenic aspect. All along I have used a traditional psychiatrist to adjust medications as needed. Recently I acquired a low carb general practioner.
Integration
I didn't get any pre labs done but my primary care physician ordered a comprehensive lab work up recently. Supplements: magnesium malate, coq10, potassium, probiotic, Vitamin D, Vitamin B complex, Alpha Lipoic Acid, 600mg N-Acetyl Cysteine, 600mg Acetyl L-Carnitine, 500mg Benfotiamine, 300mg, L-Theanine 200mg, Relyte electrolytes, and 0.5 ounces liver.
Nutritional
I try to hit 122g protein and 104g fat daily while limiting total carbs to 10 but usually it's under 5 with a cheat day cap at 20 total carbs. Ketovore with keto cheat days. I typically fast between 16 and 24 hours daily. Depending on the social situation I'll either pre-game and fast saying I already ate or some of my family is extremely accommodating and will make me something I can eat with them.
Ketosis
I had measured urine ketones at the beginning of 2020 to see if I was in ketosis.
