Therapeutic
I expressed my desire to come off my meds to my psychologist and had his full support. We had weekly sessions for awhile and then eventually tapered off the sessions to bi-weekly and then monthly as progress was achieved. I did my own medication monitoring, but with his support.
Integration
I did not monitor lab work, and the only supplement I have used consistently on this journey is B1 and mineral/electrolyte supplementation.
Nutritional
While I was strict about eating ketogenic approved foods, I was not strict about measuring macros aside from carbohydrates which I kept as close to 0 as physically possible. There were no "cheats". It was animal based food sources and vegetables. I varied my meals between 0-2.
Ketosis
When/if I measured ketones, I did so via blood (Keto-Mojo) and aimed for 2.0+. I did not test often or consistently.
