Agitated depression & hypomania.
Fairly strict keto, emphasizing fats, sleep hygiene, & stress reduction.

I did do some basic testing through Own Your Labs. I take K2 and D3, CoQ10, L-carnitine, and magnesium glycinate.
Ketovore. I tend towards more meat and eggs.
Target is at least 1.5 mmol/L ketones.
Bed at a consistent time. No blue light 2 hours before bed.
My health doesn't permit much of this, but I do what I can.
Things like marijuana have never appealed to me, and I have not intentionally, but just sort of drifted away from alcohol.
Creating a supportive internet community.
