Therapeutic
I have a psychiatrist who specializes in ketogenic therapy. For the most part I decide when I'm ready to make reductions in medication, and he has been supportive and gives feedback on what to expect and what he expects from me. Between my psychiatrist, my therapist, and my keto coach, I have a great support team!
Integration
My doctor has me checking blood work periodically, including lipids, a1c, and a comprehensive metabolic test. I take a lot of supplements, including a multi, potassium, magnesium, and carnitine (to increase ketones).
Nutritional
I occasionally do a bit of intermittent fasting but because I have trouble eating enough calories due to digestive issues it's best if I not skip breakfast. I follow a modified ketogenic diet with a ratio of 1.5:1 (fat to carbs/protein). Per meal macros were set by my keto coach, with a limit of 20g carbs per day.
Ketosis
I measure ketones most days using a blood ketone monitor. The goal is to get into the therapeutic range of 1.5-3. I typically have trouble raising my ketones, but I'm usually over 1.
