Depression, agitation, irritability.
Intermittent fasting, exercise, low carb.
Meet with psychiatrist, adjust medications with physician as needed.
Electrolytes/sodium. Fish oil, multivitamin, Coq10, probiotic.
Fast until lunch daily. Longer fasts (48-72 hours) once a month. Whole foods keto diet, most meats/dairy (not sensitive)/some nuts.
Initially targets over 1.0 or at least over 0.5.
Sleep 8+ hours nightly, almost always at the same time. Get both synthetic (light box) and natural light. Light box as soon as I wake up. Melatonin PRN.
Weight lift or cardio 4x per week for 30-50 minutes each time.
No nicotine. Limited alcohol. No cannabis. 2-3 coffees/day. No other drugs.
Full time tech job. Individual and couples therapy. Prayer practice. Church group. Volunteering. Limited, less invasive medications.
Ketones, labs, mood.
