I see my psychiatrist regularly to oversee that my tapering process is going well, and to check blood levels.
Integration
I have made it a habit to take electrolytes in the morning with water, and when I feel tired. My husband calls it "the strength potion".
Nutritional
I mostly eat meat, butter, and eggs, and use stevia as the only sweetener when I make desserts, or sweet food as I would call it instead. I have tried intermittent fasting in periods, and a fasting day here and there. My carb limit is 20 g per day, but that is the ceiling and not something I aim to hit.
Ketosis
I do not have a testing strategy, as I am strict with my diet and know my body, it has not seemed necessary.
