Dr. Matthew Bernstein was a doctor I had to find outside of my network. Since meds made me worse, I wasn't on any when starting. Dr. Bernstein was there to monitor for adverse reactions and protect my sleep.
Integration
No supplements. We did some labs for cholesterol and other related markers.
Nutritional
I started with green veggies and high-fat cuts of meat with lots of high-fat no-carb dessert items I made myself. I did intermittent fasting for a few weeks before starting and lots of electrolytes to avoid discomfort while adapting to my new diet. It was seamless and easy for me. I know others may have a harder time adapting. I still often fast.
