Nutritional
I began with a classic ketogenic diet, less than 20 grams of carbs per day. I have added some foods such as berries in moderation. I do a 16:8 fasting most days. I have found substitutes for my favorite treats for holidays. I pack my own food for special events or bring a keto dish. I now aim for 70 percent fat, 20 to 30 percent protein, and 10 or less percent carbs daily. I do not count calories.
Ketosis
I use Keto-Mojo and test once per day. I feel best at 1.5 mmol or higher, but still do well at 1.0-1.5.
