Integration

Nutritional
I started with low carb, moved to beginner keto, and am now transitioning to carnivore. I aim for 80g protein, 80oz hydration, and make incremental changes. I usually fast 16 hours with an 8-hour eating window, sometimes longer. I adjust my schedule around social events for flexibility. Under 20g net carbs, moderate protein, high fat. I tracked with a nutrition app.
Ketosis
I measured ketones using blood testing first thing in the morning. I aimed for levels between 0.5 and 3.0 mmol/L and tested regularly to track consistency.
