Integration
I consume magnesium and sodium throughout my fasts.
Nutritional
"Ketovore" - mostly meat, with a lot of olive oil, and sprinklings of avocado and nuts. For the first many weeks I did intermittent fasting. More recently, I do a 24 hour fast to hike up my ketones if they are trending low.
Ketosis
I've done labs galore. When testing I aim for ketones above 3, and glucose in the 70s.
