18/6 Int Fast, high fat low carb (HFLC) lifestyle, Photobiomodulation and Methylene Blue

Once a year blood test. Results couldn’t be better.

Vitamins, Minerals, Omega 3, Amino acids, C8 MCT, creatine, GlyNAC, etc.

Eating window from 11 am till 5 pm.

High fat low carb diet.

Sleeping at 9 pm, methylene blue (50 drops of a 1% solution, which equals 25 mg) and photobiomodulation (red, 670 nm, and near infrared, 810-850 nm wavelengths with self-made helmet and panel for my knees (could not walk without pain before and have recovered completely) at 8 am.

Regular walking up to 8 km few times a week.

No sugars, no smoking (since 1974), and no alcohol.

No medication, regular Bridge playing.

"Quality management” on any process that should lead to a certain outcome is defined as the strict adherence to the protocol that best defines the process. So, if you go low on carbohydrates you must know how low you are to get the outcome you want. Over time the results speak for themselves.
