I've had two different times I've done medically supervised tapering:

  • In 2022, I did 20 mg drops. I went from 60 mgs to 40 mgs to 20 mgs of Geodon.
  • In 2024, I was taking 80 mgs of Geodon. My initial drop was 20 mgs.
  • Then I've done 2 more 5mg drops.

I've been diluting my pills in water to achieve a smaller dose this time. I am now more sensitive to having withdrawal effects.

Get morning & evening sunlight, sleep in a cool room, aim for 45 minutes of deep sleep, blue-light glasses, Apple Watch sleep tracking, early dinners.
