I keep track of my own medication. I do still see a psychiatrist, and I have a clinical manager.

I take melatonin, but now, usually exercising in the evening helps me.
I go to the gym and do cardio and weight lifting workouts.
Very sugary snacks and foods are most harmful to me.
Social interactions with people you know, going places by yourself, talking to people more about how you are feeling, and being more productive and active.
I only track my ketone levels.
