Daily weightlifting, 2x week 45 minute cardio class, daily walks outside, no longer do cardio 7X week. Limit cardio to short sessions instead of 3+hours a day.

Track

I go through cycles of tracking sleep, food, mood and also try to live without tracking anything for periods. I know I can go back to it if I am feeling off.
