Track biomarkers annually, vitamin d supplements.
Strict keto diet, keep ketones in 1-2.5 range as much as possible, moderate protein (don't track macros closely).
Ketones 0.5-3 pretty much all the time.
Dark room, no light before bed, consistent sleep/wake time, morning sun.
Hard cardio every morning.
No drugs, alcohol, nicotine AT ALL.
Meditation, prayer, friends, relaxing activities, YouTube channel.
