Chris Irvin

Chris Irvin leads social media and web content efforts for Metabolic Mind, bringing awareness to new science and highlighting lived experience across the organization’s digital channels. He has spent over 10 years working in the keto space, dedicated to educational content development. Prior to joining Baszucki Group, Chris worked at Ketogenic.com and Perfect Keto, ran his own content agency, and consulted professional athletes on their nutrition strategies. Having spent time in top keto research labs, Chris is passionate about bridging the gap between published evidence and public understanding, making complex research accessible to those who need it most.
Chris received an M.S. in exercise and nutrition science from the University of Tampa, where he helped conduct ketogenic research. He lives in Saint Petersburg, Florida and enjoys playing sports, the drums, and raising his two kids.
