Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The Metabolic Mind Podcast Survey Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Baszucki Group, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization (“Sponsor”).

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on August 26, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends on September 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (“Giveaway Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Giveaway.

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States and international participants who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Grand Prize international fulfillment is subject to local customs laws, regulations, and shipping feasibility. If delivery of the Grand Prize to an international winner’s country is restricted, prohibited, or logistically impracticable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value or cash equivalent. Employees, contractors, officers, directors, and representatives of Sponsor, prize providers, and any other organizations involved in the administration, promotion, or fulfillment of the Giveaway, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter

To enter, complete and submit the Metabolic Mind Podcast listener survey during the Giveaway Period.

Limit one entry per person/email address. Multiple entries from the same person, email address, or household may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion. Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, automated, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules may be disqualified.

No purchase, payment, donation, or other consideration is required to enter or win. 

By submitting the survey and entering the Giveaway, participants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Official Rules and confirm that they meet the eligibility requirements.

5. Prizes

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a Metabolic Mind giveaway bundle including:

Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $250.

Five (5) runner-up winners will each receive one (1) $50 Amazon gift card.

ARV of each runner-up prize: $50.

Total ARV of runner-up prizes: $250.

Total ARV of all prizes: $500.

Prize details, quantities, colors, sizes, and availability are subject to change. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash except at Sponsor’s discretion. Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes, and Sponsor makes no representation regarding the tax implications of accepting a prize. Prize values may be considered taxable income to the winner, though formal tax reporting (such as IRS Form 1099-MISC) will only be issued if required by applicable federal or state law.

6. Winner Selection and Odds

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The random drawing is expected to take place on or about September 16 or 17, 2026.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification and Prize Claim

Potential winners will be notified using the contact information provided in the survey form following the random drawing.

Potential winners must respond within 72 hours of notification and may be required to complete an eligibility confirmation, release, tax form, or other documentation before receiving a prize.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required time period, is found ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may disqualify that potential winner and select an alternate winner at random from remaining eligible entries.

Sponsor anticipates publicly announcing the Giveaway results on or about September 18, 2026, after winners have been contacted and eligibility has been confirmed.

8. Privacy and Use of Survey Responses

Information submitted through the survey will be used to administer the Giveaway, contact potential winners, and help Metabolic Mind understand listener preferences and improve future podcast episodes, content, topics, guests, and resources.

Survey responses may be reviewed and analyzed in aggregate or anonymized form. Sponsor will not require participants to opt in to marketing emails as a condition of entry.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize, each winner grants Sponsor permission to use the winner’s name, likeness, city/state, prize information, and any statements related to the Giveaway for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes in any media without additional compensation, notice, or approval.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, human error, legal requirements, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway.

Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.

11. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, prize providers, social media platforms, Google, YouTube, Apple, Spotify, and each of their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, misuse, or receipt of any prize.

12. Platform Disclaimer

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google, Apple, Spotify, Amazon, KETO-MOJO, Liquid I.V., Archer, or any other platform, brand, or prize provider referenced in promotional materials unless expressly stated otherwise. Participants release these platforms and third parties from any responsibility or liability related to the Giveaway.

YouTube is not a sponsor of this Giveaway. By participating, entrants release YouTube from any and all liability related to this Giveaway to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Participation in connection with YouTube must comply with the YouTube Community Guidelines. Entries that do not comply with the YouTube Community Guidelines may be disqualified.

13. Disputes and Governing Law

Except where prohibited, participants agree that any disputes arising out of or relating to this Giveaway will be resolved individually and without resort to class action.

14. Winner List

To request the names of winners, send a request to info@metabolicmind.org within 60 days after the end of the Giveaway Period.
